Retro Halloween toppers in the shape of pumpkins, witches, ghosts & black cats. Vintage inspired, with hand-painted features. These picks have lots of character ... perfect to create super spooky cupcakes or craft projects. Probably made within the past 15 years. Not official vintage age but out of production and very hard to find. These are already collectors items.
